This Privacy Policy explains how SIA "BELIVO" (the "Controller") processes personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Controller

2. Data we process

  • Account data: name/company name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, avatar.
  • Listing data: vehicle information, photos, prices, location.
  • Transaction data: booking history, subscription status, invoices.
  • Invoice details: personal code (optional), billing address, company registration and VAT numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device information, cookies.

Other users and visitors only see your name, city, avatar, email-verified badge and, for companies, the company name, address, website and contact person. Your profile phone number, personal code, registration and VAT numbers are not public; your profile phone number is only shared with the other party of a booking. Contact details you add to a listing are visible to everyone.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service — performance of contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)).
  • Subscription payments — contract and legal obligations.
  • Issuing invoices (including your personal code, if you provide it) — legal obligation (6(1)(c)) and performance of contract (6(1)(b)).
  • System notifications — performance of contract.
  • Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests (6(1)(f)).
  • Marketing — consent (6(1)(a)), where given.

4. Retention

Account data is kept until account deletion plus 30 days. Accounting data — 5 years. Security logs — 12 months.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with: (i) hosting and cloud providers (Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare), (ii) payment processors (Stripe, Swedbank), (iii) email delivery services (Lovable), (iv) Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load, (v) public authorities when required by law.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

7. Your rights

  • Access your data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).

8. Cookies
