Data processing terms

These Data Processing Terms supplement the RentMeAuto Privacy Policy and describe specific data processing activities on the platform.
1. Data categories and purposes

2. Sub-processors
- Supabase (EU): database and file storage.
- Cloudflare (EU): hosting and protection.
- Stripe (Ireland): subscription payment processing.
- Swedbank Payment Portal (LV): alternative bank payments.
- Lovable (EU): website hosting and transactional email delivery.
- Google Fonts: font delivery.
- Twilio (EU): SMS OTP delivery for phone verification.
3. Consent
When registering and posting a listing, the user must explicitly confirm they have read and agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
4. Data security
We apply industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access control, rate limiting, spam and fraud protection.
5. Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we notify the Data State Inspectorate within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay.
